GetEqt is operated by GetEqt Private Limited. Buying a whole property needs a large amount of money, a lot of paperwork and long-term commitment. We break premium properties into small, affordable units (measured in square feet) so that individual investors can own a share and benefit from rental income and property appreciation.
We list carefully selected residential and commercial properties. Each property shows its price, the minimum and maximum investment, how much has already been sold, and the documents behind it, so you can make an informed decision.
What we offer
Fractional ownership: invest in a property starting from a small amount and own a share proportional to your investment.
One-time and SIP investments: invest once, or build your holding over time.
Digital KYC: Aadhaar and PAN verification through DigiLocker, the Government of India's document platform.
Secure online payments: pay in INR using UPI, debit or credit cards, or net banking through a RBI-authorised payment gateway partner.
Ownership agreement and exit: sign your agreement digitally, track your portfolio, and sell your share on the platform.
