We never store your full Aadhaar number. We keep only a masked version (for example, XXXX XXXX 1234).
  • Aadhaar and PAN are verified through DigiLocker using our verification partner, Cashfree Payments. You log in to DigiLocker yourself and choose to share your documents with us.
  • From Aadhaar we keep your name, date of birth, gender, address, photo and the last four digits of your Aadhaar number.
  • From PAN we keep your name and PAN number.
  • Your KYC data is used only to verify your identity, to prepare your agreements, and to meet legal requirements.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only when needed, and only with:

  • Government, regulators, courts or law enforcement, when the law requires it.

6. Payments

Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator that follows PCI-DSS standards. Your card, UPI and bank login details are entered on Cashfree's secure checkout and are never shared with us. We receive only the payment status, amount, payment ID and payment method type.

7. How we protect your data

  • All data moves over encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • Sensitive data such as bank account numbers and nominee ID proofs are encrypted in our database and files.
  • Access to personal data is limited to authorised staff who need it for their work.
  • We use OTP-based login and token-based access to your account.

No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach that affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as required by law.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active, and after that only as long as required for legal, tax, accounting and anti-fraud purposes (generally up to 8 years for financial records under Indian law). After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
